• We find out the answers to your questions about properties and aim to tell you about any problems or snags which the estate agent has not mentioned
  
  
• We arrange viewings for you, accompany you if you wish, and can preview properties for you and report to you, to save you time
  
  
• Having found the right property we negotiate the deal for you, keeping in close touch with you throughout.
  

Fees

We are paid solely by buyers and tenants and take no commissions or referral fees from estate agents or letting agents.

Purchase

There is an initial registration fee and a final purchase fee, which is normally a small percentage of the purchase price of the property.

Rental

Initial registration fee and a fee linked to the monthly rental for the property.
