Sclater Property Search is run by Patrick Sclater who is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and committee member of the Association of Relocation Agents. He trained with Savills in their London head office and has been based in the West Country for about 35 years. 18 years have been in Estate Agency (10 of which were running his own Dorset firm) and this has given him great knowledge of the area and market. Patrick set up Sclater Property Search in 1988 and it is now one of the oldest-established relocation agencies in the West Country. Patrick has built up an excellent portfolio of contacts.
